Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international company engaged in the development and distribution of IT products, is seeking to recruit a Product Line Sales Manager (Audio Visual and Peripherals).
This role is responsible for managing the full product cycle; from identifying opportunities and shaping sales strategies to building strong customer and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, promote leading brands, and support business development in the IT and consumer electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define sales strategy, pricing, and promotion of assigned brands in Cyprus.
- Develop and implement distribution and channel strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, and deliver results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Negotiate with clients and ensure smooth order and shipment execution.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns to support growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT products and/or consumer electronics sales.
- Solid background in the retail segment with strong client relationship skills.
- Track record of meeting revenue and profit targets.
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of the retail market and ability to identify new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Greek and English.
