Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join its team in Limassol.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Coordinate production activities with warehouse, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
- Monitor production performance, quality, and safety KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all products and manufacturing processes comply with relevant technical, quality, and EU regulatory standards
- Lead, motivate, and support production personnel while promoting a strong health and safety culture
- Perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of production processes, resource planning, and quality management systems
- Experience with 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks) and production management systems will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
Remuneration Package:
- Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,400 – €2,700, depending on qualifications and experience
- Pension Fund Scheme upon successful completion of the probation period
