Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the property development sector specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, is seeking to recruit a Project Designer to join their expanding team in Larnaca.
As the company continues to grow and undertake new large-scale developments, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled professional to contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of high-quality architectural projects across Cyprus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead concept development, master planning, and detailed design for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Manage and coordinate the design process from concept through to construction documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with Cypriot planning, zoning, and building regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of licensing and permit documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Provide construction oversight and design support during the execution phase.
- Engage with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and project progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and/or Engineering.
- Registered or eligible for registration as an Architect in Cyprus.
- Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or property development.
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
