Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the property development sector specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, is seeking to recruit a Project Designer to join their expanding team in Larnaca.

As the company continues to grow and undertake new large-scale developments, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled professional to contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of high-quality architectural projects across Cyprus.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead concept development, master planning, and detailed design for residential and mixed-use developments.
  • Manage and coordinate the design process from concept through to construction documentation.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Cypriot planning, zoning, and building regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of licensing and permit documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
  • Provide construction oversight and design support during the execution phase.
  • Engage with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and project progress.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and/or Engineering.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Architect in Cyprus.
  • Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or property development.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

 

Benefits:

  • Competitve salary (€1,380 – €3,000 Gross depending on experience and seniority level)
