On behalf of our client, a leading company in the lighting industry, Manpower is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer.

The Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the lighting design and sales process within the company’s Commercial Department (Projects). This position involves providing lighting consultation, analyzing project requirements, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver effective lighting solutions that meet project specifications, design intent, and budget requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional lighting consultation and customer support, assisting clients in selecting suitable lighting solutions for their projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and recommend appropriate lighting products and solutions based on design, technical specifications, and budget.
  • Prepare detailed sales quotations, technical proposals, and product specifications for lighting projects.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the department’s client base.
  • Present lighting proposals and product solutions to clients and assist throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new lighting technologies, and supplier product ranges.
  • Conduct lighting studies and assist with design recommendations when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team to ensure efficient day-to-day department operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in lighting design, lighting sales, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge or experience with lighting studies and familiarity with lighting suppliers will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
