On behalf of our client, Manpower Cyprus is seeking a Public Relations Representative to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.
The successful candidate will represent the company within the shop, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and event bookings. They will promote the venues services, events, and exhibits, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and promote its venue, events, and exhibits
- Greet and assist visitors, providing information about the company’s’ offerings
- Organize and assist with bookings for events such as corporate gatherings, cultural performances, and scientific lectures
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while offering exceptional customer service
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek, Russian, Arabic or Hebrew is a plus
- A proactive and approachable personality
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Previous experience in Public Relations or customer service is an asset
