Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the property development and construction sector, is seeking to recruit a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing team in Larnaca.
As the company continues to expand and deliver high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across Cyprus, this role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement processes that support smooth project execution and timely delivery.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
	- Process, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project budgets.
 
	- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships and assist in vendor selection.
 
	- Monitor procurement costs, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and coordinate with the finance team on invoices and payments.
 
	- Track inventory levels and schedule material deliveries to project sites; handle discrepancies, damages, or returns.
 
	- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and project requirements; assist in bid preparation and contract documentation.
 
	- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams; prepare procurement reports and recommend efficiency improvements.
 
 
Required Qualifications:
	- Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters Degree 
 
	- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
 
	- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
	- Solid understanding of construction materials, supply chains, and procurement regulations.
 
	- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 
	- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
 
	- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
