Manpower Cyprus is partnering with a leading international company in the Construction Materials Industry to recruit an experienced Quarry Manager for a key operational role based in Oman.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional — ideally based in Cyprus or Greece — who is ready to take on a high-impact leadership position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As Quarry Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's operational strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations — including production, supply chain, logistics, quality control, and customer service
- Collaborating with senior leadership to define and execute corporate strategy, goals, and objectives
- Monitoring equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure maximum reliability and uptime
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing operations team built on accountability, innovation, and excellence
- Establishing KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Reporting directly to the CEO on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quarry operations management or a similar senior role
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling, blasting, crushing, and screening processes
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of operational excellence
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software
- Fluent in English; Greek or Arabic language skills are a plus
- Open and willing to relocate to Oman
- Valid driver’s license
- Working in an onsite setting
