Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of one of the largest, leading and award-winning property developers in Cyprus, is currently recruiting for a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive to join their team in Paphos.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Company’s land, residential, and commercial developments.
- Conduct property presentations and on-site viewings.
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Negotiate terms within approved authority and secure signed agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
- Manage company-provided leads and generate new leads through networking.
- Maintain accurate records in the Company CRM system.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a target-driven sales role will be considered an advantage.
- Commercial mindset with ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Additional languages would be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license.
