Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of one of the largest, leading and award-winning property developers in Cyprus, is currently recruiting for a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive to join their team in Paphos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Company’s land, residential, and commercial developments.
  • Conduct property presentations and on-site viewings.
  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate terms within approved authority and secure signed agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
  • Manage company-provided leads and generate new leads through networking.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Company CRM system.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a target-driven sales role will be considered an advantage.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Additional languages would be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license.
