Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the distribution of technology solutions and services, is seeking to recruit an RMA Administrator. This role is responsible for managing the company’s daily RMA activities, ensuring smooth and efficient product returns and exchanges.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee and manage the daily receipt of returned products (RMA), ensuring all necessary steps are followed.
- Communicate with customers to understand the reasons for product returns and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Perform basic inspections on returned products to assess whether they are defective or meet the criteria for return.
- Process and manage product returns with suppliers, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Regularly review and improve RMA procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track petty cash for the warehouse, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Collect customer invoices and follow up as required to ensure payment is received.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure that orders are dispatched promptly.
- Organize and schedule deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with any other tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in IT, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within IT, retail, or FMCG sectors, handling returned products or customer technical issues.
- Good understanding of the IT environment and up to date on IT latest developments
- Proficiency in both Greek and English.
