Manpower, Cyprus on behalf of our client one of the biggest trading companies in Cyprus we are seeking to recruit a passionate Sales Advisor / Sales consultant to work with some of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world and join their team in a luxury resort in Limassol, Cyprus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a unique/excellent customer experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Greet clients in a professional and positive manner
- Provide clients preliminary information regarding product, services and pricing
- Have and maintain excellent up to date product knowledge
- Understand and anticipate each customer’s needs and expectations
- Deal effectively with customer complaints
- Be able to manage the daily operations of the store, by ensuring a stock room, cashpoint and store are maintained to a high standard at all times
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining perfect visual standards
What is good to have:
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other Customer Service role
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Confident and outgoing personality
What you must have:
- Fluent English Language, Greek Language will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Computer Skills
