Sales Manager (Marketing)

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the ‘’Fintech’’ marketing industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management Company & Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager, Marketing specialized in promoting events to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive the sales for the company's marketing services. He / She will generate leads for business and nurture relationships with customers by following a professional research consumer need and identify the best solutions to satisfy them. 

In addition, generating new business, new accounts, manage existing accounts, sales channels, formulate and implement sales strategies as well as ensuring that the yearly sales budget is achieved and exceeded by cooperating with the Head of Business Development.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generates revenue by selling Marketing Agency’s services.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with major customers to ensure a consistent flow of sales revenue.
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide prompt and timely responses, maintaining open and professional long-term business relationships with clients. Proactively follows up on all business leads.
  • Builds and maintain a strong professional network within the industry to leverage for business development and partnerships.
  • Skillfully manages intricate negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Actively employs multiple methods to identify a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process and is adept at both initial sales and portfolio retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, conveying client feedback and requirements to internal teams for service improvement.
  • Formulates action plans to meet quarterly goals and updates these plans alongside financial objectives.
  • Identifies new markets and business opportunities to boost sales, representing the company at various events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for the company's services.



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales is mandatory, ideally within the events, fintech and marketing industry
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or in a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Effective communication and networking skills
  • Ability to identify emerging markets and source new sales opportunities
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills with confident telephone manner
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented with limited supervision
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
