An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Events industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international Events Management Company, is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team in Limassol in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and social media.
  • Develop tailored communication strategies to attract new exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, guiding them from initial contact to closure.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose suitable expo opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand the client base and stay updated on trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to target key segments within financial services and fintech.
  • Work with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Provide client feedback to improve future sales strategies and expo offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business (Marketing and Event industry will be considered a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the fintech industry; existing network is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
