An International Organisation is seeking a Sales Manager for its operations in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in managing the Sales Department of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or create new client relationships within the country.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the country.
    • Monitor market trends and competition activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Collaborate with sales professionals to develop strategic sales plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited University.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology on a day to day basis.
