Sales Representative (Building Products & Materials)

On behalf of our client, an international leading company in sustainability building, which conceive, design and manufacture eco-compatible products and materials to build in a way that respects the environment and the well-being of our homes, we are currently recruiting a Sales Representative to join their team in Cyprus.

As Sales Representative, you will be responsible to manage and develop customer portfolio, attract new customers, conduct market research and monitor competition. In addition, provide technical service to the customers, before and after sales.


  • Effectively promote services and products to maximize sales
  • Manage existing accounts in the geographic area of Cyprus
  • Carry out market research, classify leads and opportunities
  • Develop sales business plans, establish call plans and strategies, develop account profiles and execute the sales plan
  • Develop relationships and drive sales with leading customers in Cyprus
  • Develop new sales opportunities while addressing the needs of existing assigned accounts
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders and following up on accounts
  • Apply knowledge of products, solutions & services to meet customer's needs
  • Work closely with a cross divisional team to maximize sales



  • University Degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    or in any other similar field
  • Prior experience as a sales representative will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (in English and Greek)
  • Strong sale and negotiation skills and desire to achieve targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Holder of an EU driving license
