Senior Marketing Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a key client, overseeing all marketing activities to ensure their branding, account management, design, PR and content needs are met.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business goals and marketing needs
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (branding, design, PR, content) for timely project completion
  • Partner with the client to create and execute marketing strategies
  • Perform market research and analyse trends to guide strategy
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client's marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with designers to produce appealing and effective marketing materials
  • Direct the development of high-quality content for various channels (web, social media, print)
  • Manage PR efforts, including press releases and media relations
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide the client with regular updates on project status and outcomes
  • Work with internal teams to ensure effective and seamless project execution

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or in any other a relevant field
  • At least 6 years of prior experience in Marketing and experience in the Forex Industry
  • Proven experience with managing multiple clients and marketing projects
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Showcased strong leadership abilities by effectively guiding and inspiring teams to reach objectives
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, PR and content creation

 

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools e.g. Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Adobe, Creative Suite
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
