An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Property development and Investment industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a leading Property Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Property Sales to join their team in Larnaca.

The successful applicant will possess 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a Property Development company, engaged with international clients, be fluent in both written and spoken English / Greek.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand prospective customers needs and offer solutions and support
  • Set up meetings, viewings and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to potential customers
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Draft sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions
  • Maintain relationships and feedback from existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions
  • Provide Sales Coordinator with daily schedules and weekly reports
  • Identify and prepare report on product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, consumer preferences, market activities, and competitors
  • Actively seek out new sale opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Conduct competitor analysis research
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing sales targets outlined by the Commercial Manager
  • Collaborate with Commercial Manager on setting sale goals, and identify and manage potential risks

Requirements:

  • 5 years proven working experience in property sales with successful track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Greek (native or at a professional level). Additional languages are a plus (Russian, Hebrew, Arabic)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong networking skills
  • Experience in managing people
  • Dynamic individual able to take initiatives and demonstrate commitment
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft office software
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Remuneration:

An attractive package of remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate based on industry knowledge, experience and qualifications which includes provident fund, travelling allowance, 21 annual days off, 3 days sick leave paid, yearly salary increases, commission on sales and bonuses based on performance.
