Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading international group of information technology companies, is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will manage and develop strategic customer relationships—primarily within the telecommunications and private sectors—identifying business opportunities that align with clients’ needs and driving commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
- Create compelling business value propositions for IT products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through market knowledge, account management expertise, and a strong customer focus.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Technical, and Procurement departments, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Engage with C-level executives to promote long-term partnerships.
- Identify target markets and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate, manage, and track sales proposals and leads.
- Oversee project follow-ups and close deals successfully.
- Work with the Director of Sales and Business Development to design strategies and action plans for complex projects, involving Presales and Bid Management as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through creativity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager and upper management.
- Develop new accounts and drive business expansion within key client segments.
- Serve as Partner Manager for selected vendors, overseeing relationships and partner programs.
Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or sales within the IT industry, Experience with Cisco Solutions / Products will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with an IT service provider will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in both Greek and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
