Service & Product Manager Specialist

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Service & Product Manager Specialist to join its team in Limassol.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and develop the company's after-sales service portfolio, including maintenance contracts, repairs, and customer support solutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, parts sales, and overall business performance
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Sales Team to support service operations and achieve departmental objectives
  • Oversee technical training initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Lead and support the service team, identifying development and training needs
  • Perform any other related duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Product Management, Service Management, Service Coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive, heavy machinery, material handling, or industrial sectors
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment, including forklifts, hydraulic systems, cleaning robots, or similar machinery
  • Good knowledge of CRM software, service ticketing systems, and reporting tools
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage

 

Remuneration Package:

  • Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,000 – €2,500, depending on qualifications and experience
