An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management Company & Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing exposure through social media platforms. The individual will work with a specialized team to reach brand's goals as well as be accountable for creating monthly editorial calendars and using marketing strategies to deliver brand messages in creative ways. He / She will be the link between the organisation and the social media followers. Despite the attraction of new customers, the Social Media Manager will analyze data to determine which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue scaling the business.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily campaign activities and maintain brand consistency
  • Grow brand and company awareness via social media
  • Collaborate on and execute monthly social media strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, voice, and terminology in content
  • Oversee social media interactions, ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Develop plans to grow and retain followers on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Manage the monthly editorial calendar, aligning with sales goals
  • Collaborate to ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and content

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the forex industry
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving & social media management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with PMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking
  • Creativity to think outside the box
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of social PPC campaigns
  • Able to influence and engage the audience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
