Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading software development company in Nicosia for a full-time Software Implementor / Support Consultant to support and implement Accounting & Payroll software solutions. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, structured problem-solving, and learning software systems in depth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily telephone and online support to existing clients (via AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
  • Guide clients on software usage, investigate issues, and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with initial software implementations and deliver user training (after onboarding/training period)
  • Conduct on-site client visits for implementations and additional training when required
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality ongoing support

What we’re looking for

  • Willingness to learn the company’s Accounting & Payroll solutions in depth (full training provided)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients daily, calmly and clearly, including non-technical users
  • Reliable, methodical, and able to follow processes while managing multiple support requests

Skills & background (preferred)

  • Basic accounting knowledge (strongly preferred)
  • Advanced accounting knowledge will be a significant advantage
  • IT/software or programming background is a strong plus
  • Experience in software support, implementation, or user training will be considered an advantage

Working conditions

  • Office-based position in Nicosia (no remote work)
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30, with lunch break 13:00–14:00
  • Client visits form part of the role once ready; company car provided or travel expenses fully covered
