Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Spare Parts and Warehouse Manager to join its team in Limassol.
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock availability
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of spare parts and materials
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with service, procurement, and other internal departments to support operational requirements
- Lead and support warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and operational efficiency
- Perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the industrial, engineering, material handling, or equipment sectors
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
- Valid driving licence; forklift licence will be considered an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Remuneration Package:
- Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,200 – €2,500, depending on qualifications and experience
