An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit a Sponsorship Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sponsorship program for all exhibitions in accordance with the strategic vision of the Executive Planning Team. He / She will report directly to the CEO.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft sponsorship offerings that are in line with the goals and objectives of the EXPO
  • Develop diverse tiers of sponsorship packages tailored to provide varying benefits and opportunities corresponding to sponsors' investment levels
  • Perform market analysis to gauge the needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors
  • Introduce fresh sponsorship options within the packages
  • Analyze industry dynamics, competitor sponsorships, and target audience demographics to pinpoint appropriate sponsors and craft relevant sponsorship deals
  • Partner closely with the EvOps Lead to identify expenditures and ensure that profit margins align with the strategic direction
  • Seek input from the Head of Innovation on additional features, activations, and venues that can be monetized to enhance the value of sponsorship packages
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sponsorships throughout the EXPO duration
  • Gather feedback from clients and assess the effectiveness of the sponsorship program
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing revenue, expenses, and profit margins for each sponsorship
  • Assess the efficacy of the sponsorship program, extract key insights, and propose recommendations for enhancing future EXPOs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Events Management, PR or in any other a relevant field
  • Prior similar experience will be considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to changes while constantly searching for new opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
