Manpower Cyprus on behalf of our client, a company specialising in mobile resource management, is seeking to hire a Technical Support Officer.
This role involves providing technical support and consultancy for system implementation and design, training clients, and ensuring smooth setup and operation of mobile resource management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and support solution/system design.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and implement system solutions.
- Provide consultancy, training, and guidance on system features.
- Assist clients with system setup and functionality.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of programming languages and networking considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
- Quick learner with good debugging and analytical skills.
