Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a Fintech company, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team based in Nicosia.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to eftpos software, hardware, and connectivity
- Handle support inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, addressing transaction problems, connectivity issues, and reporting queries
- Work directly with users to understand the problem and implement effective solutions
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps, which may involve diagnostic tools or verbal instructions
- Collaborates with programmers to resolve complex issues, ECR integrations with eftpos
- Provide training to support agents and external support partners
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in eftpos technology
- Manage inventory of equipment and parts
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or in any other related field
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent Greek and English Language
