Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a Fintech company, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team based in Nicosia.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to eftpos software, hardware, and connectivity
  • Handle support inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, addressing transaction problems, connectivity issues, and reporting queries
  • Work directly with users to understand the problem and implement effective solutions
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps, which may involve diagnostic tools or verbal instructions
  • Collaborates with programmers to resolve complex issues, ECR integrations with eftpos
  • Provide training to support agents and external support partners
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in eftpos technology
  • Manage inventory of equipment and parts
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or in any other related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Greek and English Language
