Technical Support Specialist

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest FinTech companies worldwide, is seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team based in Nicosia.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Point-of-Sale systems and software, hardware, and connectivity (online and offline)
  • Handle support inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, addressing transaction problems, connectivity issues, and reporting queries
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps, which may involve diagnostic tools, verbal instructions or on-site visits
  • Collaborates with programmers to resolve complex issues, integrations with Point-of-Sale systems and software
  • Provide training to support agents and external support partners
  • Manage inventory of equipment and parts
  • Perform additional duties as needed

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, or in any other related field
  • Prior experience as a tech with hardware will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Greek and English Language
