Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest FinTech companies worldwide, is seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team based in Nicosia.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Point-of-Sale systems and software, hardware, and connectivity (online and offline)
- Handle support inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, addressing transaction problems, connectivity issues, and reporting queries
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps, which may involve diagnostic tools, verbal instructions or on-site visits
- Collaborates with programmers to resolve complex issues, integrations with Point-of-Sale systems and software
- Provide training to support agents and external support partners
- Manage inventory of equipment and parts
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, or in any other related field
- Prior experience as a tech with hardware will be considered an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent Greek and English Language
