VAT Administrator

Manpower on behalf of our client, a corporate service providers’ licensed by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), we are looking to recruit a VAT Administrator to be based in their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage VAT compliance processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Prepare and submit VAT / VIES returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on VAT matters, including registration, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct thorough VAT reviews and audits for clients to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve VAT-related queries and issues effectively
  • Maintain organized records of VAT transactions, filings, and correspondence for audit and reference purposes
  • Assist with VAT payments

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CAT Diploma, LCCI Higher Diploma
  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Greek language
