Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading technology solutions and ICT distribution company, is seeking to recruit a Warehouse and Logistics Officer to join their team in Geri Industrial Area, Nicosia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory management, order preparation, and the safe and timely delivery of equipment to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Load, unload, and deliver equipment safely and on time.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Update goods receipts and inventory records in the ERP system.
- Conduct stock checks and support inventory accuracy.
- Prepare delivery and shipping documentation.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role will be considered an advantage.
- Forklift licence will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be considered an advantage.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
